Alan has a wealth of eperiences ranging from marketing and distribution with a fast-moving consumer goods company to poject development and management of leading firms in the IT and telecommunications industries,including a post as chief operating officer of an IT business.
His education at the Ateneo de Manila University from prep to college has ingrained in him distinct moral values such as honesty, fairness and rectitude which characteize his behavior in all his activities. After his successul stint as a corporate employee, he decided together with his successful stint as a corporate employe, he decided together with his friends to help alleviate the plight of the Filipino peopl by setting up a business that will provide his Filipino brothers and sisters the opportunity to attain what he and his friends already have...financial security.
Chia-Hsiang "Johnny" Lu
Treasurer & Chief Finance Officer
Johnny is a son of a first generation Taiwanese who migrated to the Philippines more than 30 years ago. He grew up in Manila, finished primary and secondary education at the Xavier School and obtained his college degree at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1993.
He worked with a trading firm in Taipei before he was asked to help steer the family-owned enterprise together with his siblings in the Philippines. Company sales grew 15 fold from the time he had started as a sales executive until he was named vice-president for finance, turning the corporation into a successful multi-million-peso business. His knack for numbers easily earned him the designation of Treasurer and CFO of Pr1mera Global. Johnny holds a dual citizenship and is very Filipino at heart.
Alexander "Thunder" S. Ilustre
Corporate Secretary and Marketing & Sales Director
Thunder has had a lengthy in sales. Immediately following his schooling at the University of Santo Tomas, Thunder was a Group Sales Manager in a premier japanese car dealership for six years. Soon after in 2000, he took over the sales responsibility for an international publication based in the Philippines delivering yearly advertising sales growth for the publishing house.
His cumulative 17years experience in these companies have afforded him invaluable insights and exposure to global sales strategies and tecniques which togther with his solid experience and understanding of the Filipino consumer will prove very instrumental in his job as selling to both institutional and direct customers and in fuelling Pr1mera Global's growth engine.
